EASSH Response to the European Commission Consultation on Horizon Europe

This paper is the feedback collected from our 70 members. The consultation collected the views of 100s of research institutions, businesses, consumer organisations, as well as non-governmental organisations, public authorities, and other stakeholders.

While we applaud colleagues in the Commission for undertaking such an ambitious task, we wonder whether data or opinions collected in this way can provide the robust evidence or insights needed to assess the previous and possible future contributions of the Framework Programmes to the wider ‘European project’.
